Welcome to our wonderful school.
Redhills is a happy, calm, productive school with a caring, nurturing ethos in which all children can succeed. Ofsted agree we are a 'Good' School and our exam results show that our children do well in national tests. That is very important, but that is only part of the story. Of course we want all our children to read and write well, and to be confident when using maths, and we make sure that they do as well as they possibly can. However, we also teach our children how to play and sing and dance and paint; we teach them about the world around them, and we do all we can to help them become happy, confident learners, ready to take their place in the wider world when they leave us.
We have bright, well-decorated classrooms with a wide range of resources, from computers and interactive whiteboards to books, toys and games. We have a well-stocked library, a dining area, a hall and various other learning areas. Outside we have playgrounds with climbing frames, sail shades and a gazebo. We also have a productive fruit and vegetable plot with a small orchard and a most unusual greenhouse, and we are constantly looking at ways to upgrade and improve all of our facilities.
Our parent/carer group Friends Of Redhills School (FORS) work tirelessly to support the school in many ways, running discos, organising fairs, and coming up with ideas to improve what we do. All parents/carers are warmly invited to come along to FORS meetings whenever they can.
Every adult in the school has one aim: to do all that we can for the good of every child. We always welcome visitors, because we are so proud of Redhills and we enjoy showing adults and children around all that we have to offer.

This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to leave comments in the Guestbook, or
contact the school direct with any queries you may have.

Thank you for visiting!
